The LINAF Group Family Services Inc. is a registered nonprofit organization in the State of Michigan, providing professional family services and life coaching. We are dedicated to helping clients reach academic, professional, and personal success.

The LINAF Group Family Services Inc., is a family-operated mentoring and counseling service dedicated to empowering youth and families in Detroit’s low-income communities. Rooted in compassion, integrity and love, our mission is to guide children, adolescents and families through personal, emotional, academic, and behavioral growth by offering practical support, compassionate mentorship, and culturally responsive counseling.

We proudly serve elementary and middle school students through partnerships with local schools, churches, and community activity centers, providing life skills development, emotional wellness sessions, goal-setting support, and family-strengthening services.

Our work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves a consistent, caring adult who helps them navigate life’s challenges and build a strong foundation for the future.

We are currently expanding our reach throughout Detroit and are actively seeking partnerships with human service agencies, youth-serving programs, and community organizations that share our vision of building stronger families and safer communities.

Our mission is to teach, guide, shape, and inspire individuals to live with purpose, positivity, and productivity. We are passionate about supporting children and families in achieving their goals—whether that means boosting student morale, fostering positive citizenship, or improving communication between students and staff.

We offer consistent mentoring and life skills development at every session. Each individual receives practical tools and training to build a life that is healthy, fulfilling, drug-free, and law-abiding.
